Chris Provencher Construction provides remodeling consultation, planning, and renovation services, including but not limited to kitchen and home improvement projects. Our services are available to residential clients in the United States.
2. Consultations & Estimates
All consultations and estimates are provided for informational purposes and are non-binding. Project estimates may vary based on site conditions, client preferences, and materials availability. A formal quote will be provided prior to the commencement of work.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Clients may request services via phone, website, or text. Upon request, a member of the Chris Provencher Construction team will contact you to confirm appointment details.

4. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information for scheduling and communication.Allow reasonable access to your property for inspection and project work.Notify us of any structural or electrical conditions that may affect the project scope.
5. Billing & Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Invoices are due as per the specified schedule. Late payments may result in delays or additional fees. Chris Provencher Construction reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We strive to accommodate client changes but reserve the right to charge for repeated rescheduling.
7. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to access our systems unlawfully. All content on our site is owned or licensed by Chris Provencher Construction and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Warranties & Guarantees
Any warranty or satisfaction guarantee will be stated explicitly in your project contract. Unless otherwise stated, all services are provided “as is” and without warranties beyond those required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chris Provencher Construction is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services rendered.
